Located on the third floor of a historic Florentine building, the apartment consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, double foldaway bed, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a French bed. Furthermore, there is an attic bedroom with bathroom which can be reached via a narrow spiral staircase. This modern and comfortable 62 sqm apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment offers all the necessary comforts to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay: air conditioning, hairdryer, dishwasher, TV and Internet.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without a lift.

Just 20 meters from the apartments, you'll find a Carrefour supermarket, perfect for any essentials you might need. The area is also teeming with restaurants, bars, offering a wide variety of options to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, aperitifs, or quick bites.

The nearby Santa Croce square is not only home to the stunning Basilica but also a lively hub for cultural and social activities.
