The apartment, located on the second floor of an elegant historic building with a small elevator, features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed. The bedroom comes with two single beds (which can be joined upon request), while the bathroom includes a shower.
The flat offers every comfort: air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, bed linen, and Wi-Fi.

Thanks to its strategic location, this apartment is the perfect starting point to explore Florence in every corner, enjoying the magic of the city without the need for public transport.
It is situated on Via Speziali, one of the most central and charming streets of the city, just steps away from the Duomo and Piazza della Repubblica. From here you can easily walk to all the main attractions: Piazza della Signoria with Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, and the lively San Lorenzo Market with its shops and local delicacies.
In just a few minutes, you can immerse yourself in the Renaissance atmosphere of the Basilica of Santa Croce, admire Michelangelo’s David at the Accademia Gallery, or take a pleasant walk to Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens. The neighborhood is also full of traditional restaurants, historic cafés, exclusive boutiques and artisan workshops that will make your stay even more authentic.

The apartment is easily accessible from Santa Maria Novella train station, just a 10–15 minute walk or a short taxi ride away.
From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport, it takes about 20 minutes by taxi or by tram to reach Santa Maria Novella station.

Not all guests have reported it, but as with all apartments located in the very heart of the historic center, being close to bars, restaurants and attractions, the area can be a little lively on some evenings. We are however happy to provide earplugs upon request, to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
