The T2 Libertà–Parterre tram stop is just 500 metres from the apartment, offering direct connections to Santa Maria Novella train station in 7 minutes and to the airport in about 35 minutes.

The interiors are spacious, bright, and comfortable. The entrance opens onto a functional living area with a fully equipped kitchen — complete with oven, electric stove, washing machine, and air conditioning — designed to provide everything you might need even for longer stays.

Just a few steps from the apartment flows the Mugnone stream, a peaceful green corner ideal for relaxing walks — and it’s not unusual to spot ducks, grey herons, and little egrets along the way.
