At 500 meters you’ll find the T2 tram stop Libertà–Parterre, providing direct connections to Santa Maria Novella train station (7 minutes) and the airport (about 35 minutes).

The interiors are spacious, bright, and welcoming. The entrance opens into a functional living area with a fully equipped kitchen—oven, electric stove, washing machine, and air conditioning—making it ideal even for longer stays.

Just a short walk away flows the Mugnone stream, a peaceful natural area ideal for relaxing strolls, where ducks, grey herons, and egrets can often be spotted.
